Exploring Dallas
One of the best parts of going on a vacation is exploring a new country or city. You take risks and venture to new areas; because really, what’s the ((alternative?)) stay bound to your hotel room? Most people take this very concept for granted in their own home town. We become creatures of habit, visiting the same restaurants, take walks down the same streets, go to the same historical landmarks. After you live somewhere for so long, you start to believe you have the area all figured out.
Much like humans, cities evolve, landscape changes, and people come and go. Every now and then Brandon and I become tourists in our own home town. We get dressed up head into the city, park our car, get out and explore. The city starts to look different when you take it on by foot. You see the evolution of areas you thought you knew intimately. Street art looks less intimidating and more inspiring.
This is a perfect opportunity to explore the city and take photos for memory or as photos for your brand. When everyone is taking photos as the same landmarks, go down that random road on the backstreet of the city and explore.
